I installed form maker on dev.arvut.kbb1.com/ .
The installation succeeded - but steel I can't see the form fields.

Dear Galit

Please make sure you don't have JavaScript errors on the admin panel of your site.
If this does not solve your problem, Please give us a temporary admin user account to your site, and we will try to find out the problem of Joomla Form Maker as soon as possible.
