Adams created the topic: calculate the result of survey

If I create several question by "survey tools" , can I calculate and show the summation of the total score after customer submit the selected result(0-5)?

It is possible to add the Payment Total Field. On front-end, you will see the calculation based on your Payment field values. Please check the attached file.
