Tried downloading but the download was not a zip file which is required to upload plugin.
Tried using FileZilla but get 530 Login authentication failed notice.

Is there some other option? If not I'd like a refund of my recent bundle purchase and would like to know how to accomplish this.

Please note that you can freely make zip the file and try to upload the File one more.

Here I'm describing how you can install via FTP access. Please make sure you have done the following way>

Login to your hosting space via an FTP software, e.g. FileZilla.
Unzip the downloaded plugin folder without making any changes to the folder.
Upload the plugin into the following location wp-content>wp-plugins.
Login to the WordPress Administrator Panel.
Activate the plugin by going to Plugins and pressing Activate button.
