mysql issue?

Claudio Quaranta created the topic: mysql issue?

hi, I made a simple form with 2 text fields and an upload, the form is configured with an external database mysql (linux centos 6x).
after the submit nothing happens and the database remains empty, looking at the logs I find this type of error:

[Sat Dec 02 10:43:06 2017] [error] [client 192.168.0.5] PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_HOST in /var/www/html/libraries/src/Application/WebApplication.php on line 988
 $ uri = $ scheme. $ _SERVER . $ _SERVER [ 'REQUEST_URI'];
The URI is built from the HTTP_HOST and REQUEST_URI environment variables in an Apache environment

[Sat Dec 02 10:43:06 2017] [error] [client 192.168.0.5] PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_HOST in /var/www/html/libraries/src/Uri/Uri.php on line 90
 // To build the entire URI we need to prepend the protocol, and the http host // to the URI string.
 $ theURI = 'http'. $ https. $ _SERVER . $ _SERVER [ 'REQUEST_URI'];

the apache / PHP server responds on a non-standard port (tcp / 8866).

Can anyone kindly suggest me a solution?

thank you so much

Claudio
