Joomshaper googlemaps conflicts with your contact form in sp builder. I think it is an shortcode problem or something else.

There are so many ready forms modules, you can find something without conflicts. I believe in you.

Hope you can help me soon. It is javascript problem within googlemaps and If i disable form maker it works and if i enable form maker it does not work. I think it your problem and you must help, they say

Most probably you have not added the Maps API keys. Please add it and check one more time.
