"Proceed to PayPal" error message

I created a form and when in production, the user clicks on "Proceed to PayPal" button, the following error occurs:

"Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later".

Can you tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?

Could you please check Payment Options of your form in Form Options page, and see if a valid PayPal account email address is provided? If that's so, may we check the problem from admin area of your website?
