I bought a multi-site copy of Form Maker and I installed one on a website. Today, I wanted to install another one on my local machine (wamp server) and I can't. I get a Joomla error and I see a survey in pink. What's the problem and how can I fix this ?

Since I posted my message, I fixed the issue. Sorry forgot to update here.

And you are correct, I selected the very first file I had in my computer; the one before you made corrections (perhaps you don't remember ?). Anyway, everything works perfectly now in French and in English. Thank you for your answer.
