Please i need urgent help , i sent many emails about this issue and am not getting any answer related to this specific issue .

Stripe is working fine but is not picking up the email address for the user from the form which causing not sending any payments receipt , refunds emails ..etc to the customers .

Also is not picking the description from the form .

Kindly urgent answer is required .

I just got a reply an hour ago saying the following :

"Unfortunately, the Form Maker does not have the mentioned functionality yet"

That is not a solution !

I do not think that this is a function , it supposed to be there as part of the integration

Yes, Form Makes does not have the option but please note that our supporter and the development team have suggested adding the feature you want. Please confirm and give them the access for making those modifications.
