I've installed form maker on a new website. But got double checkboxes and radiobuttons. I don't have this problem normally.
Anyone who can tell me what's going wrong?

Could you please go to Form Maker > that form > Form Options > open Edit.CSS file and add the below code there > Save.

Hi Anoush,

That makes it much better.

Now I only can't select an option when clicking the foursquare or circle.
This is not a huge problem because I can click the label (for exampe a color). But it's a bit annoying. Can this be fixed to? This is mostly annoying for 'Rating' cause I can't choose any of the options..
