Honey Pays created the topic: LogIn Form Issues

Hello, please i need help.
I created a login for my website but I just discovered that unregistered users can login by just inputting any value and click the login button.
I don't know how to fix this, please help. Thanks.

Greetings!

Thank you for letting us know about this problem!

Please note, that Form Maker for Joomla does not provide the functionality of login form by default. Did you modify the extension to achieve this? If so, please give us the link, where this form is, and we will take a look.

Thanks! Have a great day!

Hey!

Please note, that Form Maker does not provide the functionality of a login form. But Joomla has default frontend login form, which you can use instead. Its URL has the following format:

www.yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_users&view=login

Therefore, you will need to add index.php?option=com_users&view=login next your your website domain to access this form. Could you please give this a try?

Thanks! Have a great day!

But is it possible to link joomla login form to form maker registration form?
So members can use their registration details to login.

Hey Mrs Woyens!

Unfortunately Joomla Form Maker cannot create a form, which can be used as a login or website registration form. As I wrote in my previous post, you can use default Joomla login and registration pages instead.

Thank you! Have a great day!
