I can't accessing anymore to Form Maker in the Joomla backend

There shows up an error :
Fatal error: 'break' not in the 'loop' or 'switch' context in
/srv/www/vhosts/zkmu.ch/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_formmaker/formmaker.php on line 2916
