I'm writing in regards to an issue with form maker. We created a form for one of our pages and for some reason the submit button does not work.

Is there a way to fix this?

Ralph, please enter form maker > global options > and enable this option - Use alternative version of JS code on front-end:

This should solve your issue. If you will not see this option, then you need to update the plugin to the latest version.

The same problem here since a few days now and the submit button does not work anymore.
When i use alternative version of JS code on front-end it still don't work.
I use the latest version. Never before problems with the submit button
on the same form i use for a long time now.

We have just found out that we have a bug with submit button, we'll give an update today, please make sure to install the latest version.

If after update you'll still have issues, then please enter global options and disable the option I have recommended you before.

I downloaded the newest version today and for me it works again without enter global options and disable the option.

Same here, I added an API key - no results. Without key - No results. I also upgraded to the latest version of Form Maker.

Just want to know if I am doing something wrong or is there still an issue on the developer side?

Can you please make sure that you have done this.

You should have the latest version.

If latest version is installed, then please try to check the form with this option enabled and one more time this option is disabled.

One of them should work.

If in both cases it'll not work, then please write us at [email protected], provide full admin access to your website and your issue will be solved. Please just mention this forum post URL in your email.

Do you also have issue with Submit button?

If yes, then API key doesn't have any connection with this issue.

If you already have the latest version installed, then please enter form maker > global options > and enable this option Use alternative version of JS code on front-end:.

If this option is enabled, then please disable and check again.

It's works now. Had to use the uninstall feature within the plugin to delete all databases and install newest version after. Thanks for your help!
