Hello, for some reason as of now my forms are messed up in IE but seem okay in chrome. Please see the attached example and let me know if you have any pointers on what is going on. You can see the IE on the right where the submit and reset buttons are messed up and if you click the supporting documentation button nothing happens. However it works fine on the left in chrome.
