Somehow I can't see what I'm typing in the fields of my form. It looks like the text typed in is typed just under the field. Scratching my hair here.

Seems like the form fills out the fields properly on our end. Could you please let me know which browser and what kind of device do you use? I have tested with Google Chrome on Windows OS.
