Not getting an email after form submission
Robin Clapp created the topic: Not getting an email after form submission
I submit the form, it will save in backend database, but will not send email.
I added a second email and it goes to the second email but not the first.
It is not in the spam, the cache is disabled.
Need help, I purchased unlimited domains for this form maker and I have little confidence it will work.

Hi Robin,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Robin, if form sends submission to one email then it does for all, there are no limits or filters.
The issue might be with your email provider.
You can try to use your second email as first email and it'll work.
The problem is with your email.
