Can I insert one of these forms in a text widget? How?

Adding the form shortcode in a text widget might not work, since it won't run the shortcode as it does in a post. However, Form Maker has a built-in widget, which you can use to have a form on your widget area.

Please go to Appearance > Widgets, look for Form Maker widget and drag it to the area you want to display it.

I am using the form builder widget, but the form is blowing out the page. It's way too wide for the sidebar. Is there a way to fix this issue? (I attached a screen shot)
