Hello, I have included a module on the page builder with the code activating the prepare content and the form is displayed but does not work when you send form.

I have also tried to show the form as form module maker but does not work.

In the rest of the web within articles or modules outside page builder it works correctly.

I'm not sure which Page Builder the OP was referring to, but I use JoomlaCK's PageBuilder a lot. I would hate to think Form Builder does not work in it. Was this issue ever fixed as there's no followup post?

Please make sure you have the very latest version of Form Maker installed to your Joomla site. It should be 3.6.8.

We have resolved this issue and released an update with a fix. So please install newest Form Maker without unisntalling current and let us know if the problem gets resolved.
