I have been trying to get a response for the past day or so. I am using form maker and the submit buttons do not work. I have set up a super user for you to look at my site, could someone please contact me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have checked our e-mail database and I'm not sure if we received your support ticket. Did you receive an automatic reply from us, where the ticket number is indicated?

If so, please copy the number under this topic, so I can find the ticket and check its status.

In case you did not receive and automatic reply, please try sending the mail again from a different e-mail address, e.g. from Gmail.
