I have a rather big form with 1400+ submissions. I can no longer export it. I get the error below
My Form Maker version is 3.6.7

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

I've tried to over ride the timeout period from .htaccess to 5 minutes, but no dice. It still dies around the 2 minutes mark.

Any Ideas?

Thanks for your inquiry.

You should try to export submissions part by part.

With form's built-in export option you cannot do this, it doesn't have an option to export part by part.

But you can buy Export/Import add-on and export submissions for certain date ranges.

I'm aware of the existence of import/export module. But I can't see why I need to pay extra for something I've already paid for in Form Maker.

I have no use for any of the extra functionality, we already have a system to goes through the whole list..

I hate to say I'm disappointed in the way this is handled considering I bought the developer edition of Form Maker, how can I reuse it knowing that it will fail down the line?
