Please make sure that you have written full address info correctly, including Longitude and Latitude data.

Please try to move the Marker on the map if it shows the changes, then the most probably the data you have entered is not correct. If moving the marker will not do any chnage, then the most probably there is JS error in your website.

Try to deactivate your plugin one by one to see which one throws the error, you can begin with the plugins which may have Google map API included.

Now we are aware about that issue.

Last week Google has done an update and Google Map API key became required. we'll update our plugin by the end of this week and you'll be able to add map to the form easily as you did before.

If you need the form go live urgently, then you can write us at [email protected], provide full admin access and our developers will fix the issue before we'll release the updated version.

Longitude and latitude have always been there.

You need to write the address, then just click in longitude field and it'll automatically generate them by also moving the marker on map.
