I am unable to import a Form, keep getting "XML file has invalid structure". I removed quotes.

Please advice, attached is the XML file.

Looks like you have exported the XML from an older version of Form Maker. Could you please check its version number from the site you exported from and let me know which one it is?

I think it was 3.5.9, I am not sure now what it was as I did install 3.6.4 over it and tried it again but still get the error message.

3.5.9 is a pretty new version, so there shouldn't be any conflicts in the first place. Most probably there is a problem in your Form Maker installation.

Could you please submit a support ticket by sending an e-mail to [email protected]? Kindly grant us temporary Super User access to your websites, from where you are exporting and importing to.

Our development team will take a look at the problem and figure out a solution as soon as possible. Also please make sure to include the link to this forum topic in your e-mail.
