we have a problem using Form Maker Lite. Since some time the forms submission isn't working properly because of an "Error, incorrect Security code". We're using Joomla 3.4.8 and Form Maker Lite 3.6.4 (actually it was an older one but I updated it already). In some other threads I read that maybe it is something with php session.

Unfortunately I can't provide an temporaly access to our backend because of some security policies. So that's not an option.

The most probably you use a caching plugin that's why this issue occurs. I strongly encourage you to remove Captcha (which uses session) and instead use Google ReCaptcha. ReCaptcha provides Google-verified protection and it doesn't use sessions which causes the issue like Captcha does.

To use Google's ReCAPTCHA, you will need to go to this page www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/index.html click GET RECAPTCHA blue button, submit the keys.

Now you should enter captcha field, edit it and select Recaptcha from the top part. I have made a screenshot for you to show this.

After this you need to copy and paste Recaptcha keys in form's global options .
