The form registers on the back end but this message come up

If I go to the back end to try and fix it, it looks like this

But when I press save I get this message
I have re-downloaded the extension and re-uploaded it to the website to go over the old extension to try and fix it with no luck

Can you please check to see whether you have the latest 3.6.4 version installed in your website?

We had Invalid Email Address issue that I see in your screenshot. This issue is solved in our latest updates.
