The recaptcha is not working any more on my site.
I have recently upgraded to Joomla 3.5.2 and FormMaker 3.6.4
I have checked and reentered my recaptcha codes and cleared cache but still not working.

Thanks for your inquiry.

Please recheck that your domain is there and that the public and private keys are correct.

If all is correct, please try to reset/regenerate the keys, this should work, if not then please write us.

I had already checked the codes several times.

So I deleted my record from the recaptcha website and rebuild a new set of codes. When I installed these the recaptcha worked again.

Could you please make sure you have the very latest version of Form Maker installed? It is 3.6.4 and is compatible with Joomla 3.5.

I am having the same issue with Recaptcha. When not using Form Maker or previous versions my codes work just fine.

I'm running J3.5.1 with the current release of Form Maker.

what I did was create a new reCaptcha codes and then input then onto the site replacing the old.

I read that you did that but it makes no sense to me that if I use captcha without FormMaker my codes are fine and they were fine last week when I used a previous version of FM.

What I did was to delete my recaptcha codes on the recatcha website and recreate then. when I entered the new codes into the FormMaker captcha then it worked.

I found another one of my sites with Recaptcha errors on today. This site has about 10 different forms. Some were working and other were not. When I checked the Recaptcha codes they appeared to be identical. I even copied from each into a note pad one on top of the other and they were exactly the same.
So what I decided to do was copy the codes from a working form and reentered them again and saved which fixed the issue.
What Didn't do was simply resave the recaptcha without changing. Perhaps this might have also fixed the issue.

Looks like the same happened with Alison's website. ReCaptcha keys were stated as invalid for some reason, probably by Google ReCaptcha. So we have changed them and that resolved the issue.

It's a strange issue, we are not sure if your solution is permanent, but please let us know in case the issue reoccurs. We will take a look at the problem and figure out a fix.
