I have a problem in that if a user cancels (uses the back button) from the paypal logon screen, the user gets their confirmation email even though they have not paid.
From the user's point of view, it looks as though their entry is accepted (it is a competition entry with file uploads) and they have managed to avoid paying their entry fee.
The paypal transaction is marked as 'In progress'.
Is there a fix for this in the latest versions? It's a bit strange in that at the Paypal logon screen there is no option to cancel the transaction and return to the site - which is what you'd normally see I think?

Please be informed, that this option is not yet available in Form Maker, but we will add the functionality in future updates of the product.

Until then, you can write your users as a reminder in e-mail custom text, that they will enter the competition only after they complete the payment.

And also, regarding your concerns about transaction, please note, that PayPal standard payment method gives the link back to website only after payment is done.

Thanks for this - I've talked it through with the client and they are happy enough. Might be worth fixing if you can though.
Also - yes, thanks about that with the 'return to shop' thing on Paypal, you are of course correct
