Hi there.

I have a form where a customer can reserve some ski equipment. So first of all
the customer doesn't get an email after clicking on "submit". We get an email, but
the customer doesn't. Why?

The second thing is we need a confirmation button or something like that.
So when the customer submits the form, he gets an email what he just reserved or ordered.
But we need something in backend to click on when we already have reserved the things the
customer needed so he knows that he will get what he wants. Like a confirmation of availability.
Now we have to send him manually an email.

Is it possible? Maybe a workaround?

Regarding to the problem of user not receiving an e-mail, could you please submit a support ticket by e-mailing us to [email protected]? Also mention this forum topic link in your message.

Please send temporary admin access credentials to your website. Our developers will check the problem and figure out a solution as soon as possible.

As for your second requirement, please be informed, that unfortunately Form Maker does not have the mentioned functionality.
