Issues with themes

a) New 'Theme XX colour' are selectable in Form Options but Preview shows a plain white window

b) Old(?) 'Style XX colour' are not selectable in Form Options but Preview OK on Sample Forms and ones I created some time ago.

I started with Formmaker lite back in 2013 noe on 3.5.9 Pro

Dear Chris,

Thanks for letting us know about this problem!

The issues might be occurring because of installing a new version over a much older version, which have different structure. Could you please open a support ticket for this case, so that our developers will take a look at the issue?

You can do that by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Please give us temporary Super User access to your website and also mention the link to this forum topic in your e-mail.
