Hi,
After a server upgrade, we noticed an issue where users who attempt to submit a Form:
- get redirected back to the beginning of the form
and
- no submission is received

I don't see any error messages, and am not sure how best to solve this issue?

Please check if the submitted data is being saved in Form Maker > Submissions section. Could you contact us to [email protected] and let us check the problem? Please send temporary admin access credentials. We will take a look and provide a solution to the issue as soon as possible.
