I upgraded to Joomla 3.4.3 and Form Maker submit button stopped working. Any suggestions?

Please update the extension we have already solved the issue with Joomla 3.4 in our latest version.

I have the latest version of form maker, I have cleared the cache and I am having the same issue, the form gets filled in and you hit submit or reset and nothing happens.

I have actually figured it out, I was trying to insert as a module through the Helix 3 framework using page builder, but it does not work that way, when I insert it as a menu item it works fine.

I am still using Joomla 2.5 and the form has been working fine until today. The Submit button quit working. I am using Form Maker Version 2.5.
