Just brought the FULL version of Formmaker, it has been working fine as I was building a form and now it starts to freeze on SAVING. There is also red writing to teh sides or below text saying 'custom 124' etc..

Can you advise? As it has taken two days to set up the form as it is quite large.

Did you update Form Maker on installed a new plugin on your website? There is probably a Javascript conflict there. I have only installed the the component and plugin that was available after purchase, so assume that was the up to date version.

The problem on your website has been fixed. As we assumed, it was caused because of the installation of a new version over a too old version. The database changes caused changes in forms' HTML structure.

I have the same problem.....

I updated the version some time ago. also installed the import module and imported some forms. Everything went fine.

After a while I now want to create a new form and running in the same issues as descriped.
-I can creae new forms
-Also can save them
-If I want to change form options then everything haltet with "Saving"
-If I cancel it and look again I also see custum 1...custom 2 in red etc....etc.

Can you assyst me in solving the problem?

The custom_1 ID on forms is implemented in the latest versions, so that is not an issue, but actually should be there. So the reason it is appearing when you click cancel, is because you are using a form, which is created with an older version of Form Maker.

As for the saving problem, please contact us to [email protected] and give temporary admin access to your website. We will take a look and provide a solution to the issue as soon as possible.

The problem on Braun's form was because a character in field label had modified its structure. We've suggested to edit the field and the problem was solved.
