I use the personal edition of formmaker, bought in august 2014.
I tested it and every thing was ok. Now after updating joomla to 3.4, submit button is without function, reset is still working. What is to do?

Hello. I have the same problem. To fix it I must uninstall the Form Maker lite first ? I just install the new version but didn't work!! Thanks!

I have the Pro version and have downloaded last release. i can't find anything in documentation about upgrading and simply installing new version over(?) old one makes no difference.

How can I tell which version is installed?

I have emailed your support, hope they can get back to us asap as we need the form because we have just sent 500 letters where feedback is 100% dependant on the forms.

Please don't uninstall the version, since you will lose the data of Form Maker you have currently. So if after the update the submit problem is still present, please contact us to [email protected], and give temporary admin access to your site, by indicating the forum post link in your email subject. Is this the latest version 3.5.6 ???

3.5.6 should be latest release, at least that is what's on the download site.

I have mailed a bit back and forth with web-dorado today but no luck in getting things working.
Latest reply I got said "We have forwarded this issue to our developers.
We will be back as soon as the problem is fixed."

I have asked for a estimation of when, but I understand that can be tough to give as the fault has to be found first. I probably have to ditch Formmaker in favour of something that works as I need working forms absolutely no later than monday morning.

I just tried Bernd's (original posters) form and it now works, I have written him to see if he can shed some light over what is wrong.

Thanks a lot for the help.

Though turning off Joomla (global) cache is not really a viable long term solution in our case it will be good enough until we find another solution that is compatible with Joomla conservative caching.

I also have problems with submit with Joomla 3.4.1.

I have the Developer version (Version: 1.0.1). That sounds very far off the version 3.5.6, which is mentioned in this thread. And I bought in in February this year! ??????

In "my downloads" I have a version 1.0.2, but I see no instructions in the help file about how to upgrade. Do I simply install it over the previous version?

The reason for me wanting to upgrade is that apparently we are losing mails (without changing anything). I just tested it again, and the results were:

- First test: No mail received.
- 2nd test: Mail received
-3rd & 4th test: no mail received.

No settings were changed between the tests.
