Form not sending to customer

I have build a form which collected the customer details but when I submit it only send to admin and not to the customer.
I have created separate content for both admin and customer emails.
This is the form www.girardlettings.co.uk/index.php/landlord-enquiry-form which Sona N. has been working on as there was originally a database error.
