Hi,

Put 2 forms in an article presents a problem display on IE and Google Chrome but not in Firefox...
(See the attached image)

The broken images seems to be the admin pictograms.

Same problem with 2 items each containing 1 forms on the same page... :dry:

Or 2 form maker modules with 2 different forms...

The version of the Form Maker installed on your site is not the newest.
The previous version did not support multiple forms on a page.
This functionality is included in the current version.
Please send to [email protected] the e-mail through which you purchased Form Maker, and we will send you the latest version of the Form Maker.
