Using 5.0.23, with "display number of vote" set to Yes, but "enable comments" unchecked, I can't seem to get votes to increment when clicking the links. My FAQ shortcode reads:

cat_ids="blah1,blah2" category_show_description="true" category_show_title="true" faq_like="true" faq_hits="true" faq_search="true"

I am using the default theme.

Thoughts on what I might need to tweak?

You can check the votes in FAQ WD > Statistics section.

If you don't see the statistics, then as I written under your other support thread, please send us admin access by mentioning these forum posts' URLs in your email.

I am indeed seeing stats in the admin area. It's the front of the site which is not reflecting the votes. Like the category issue, this may be a caching problem. I should exclude these pages from cache, I think (we use WP Super Cache).

I can't give admin access to the site, unfortunately, due to our privacy policy. A list of items to check would be helpful, though.

Meanwhile, I'll try adjusting the cache settings and see if that resolves this. I'll follow up with my results.

It is keeps stats in the back-end, then this means the feature is working.

The issue can really be connected with your cache plugin.
