Hi
I just purchaesd the pro version and have installed the plug in, entered categories and questions, embedded in a page... but it is not possible to change the theme.
No matter what I do, the theme will not change and I am stuck with the default version.
(I have emptied the cache.)

What is the point of this forum if you don't publicly display answers? I have exactly the same issue. I just upgraded to Paid version so I can change theme. I can see "Themes" - Orange Red etc - but there is no indication how I actually apply a theme to my FAQ, neither here, nor your very brief user manual, nor here on this forum!

PS I've also edited the colours on the Default theme, on the assumption this is the one that is applied to my FAQ (it's impossible to know which theme is actually applied), but this has no effect whatsoever.

Please note, that this topic indicates, that there was a problem of editing FAQ WD themes. This usually happens if you have cache plugins activated.

As for your question, themes are being to FAQs, when you publish them on a WordPress page or post. Please check the screenshot I have attached to this post. When you click the small question button from your post editor, this popup will appear.

No luck on this... I don't see the 'small question button' from my post editor - that popup is nowhere to be found.

RUnning wordpress v 4.7.2 and just upgraded to WD Faq Pro - I can edit the themes but there's no easy way to apply a theme to my FAQ's

The icon is not showing because of a conflict on dashboard perhaps. Could we take a look at it from WordPress admin panel of your website? Our development team will figure out a solution as soon as possible.
