Hello -- I am getting an error message (see attached) when attempting to save a new feed. The page URL is www.facebook.com/theoriginaldogwalkingcompany but I am getting an error.

Thank you for posting about this error!

Please note, that your page is not public. I tried to open the page without logging in to Facebook, but as you can see in the screenshot below, it did not open. So make sure to make the page public.

Also, there might be Country Restrictions, that are causing the issue. You can switch them off from Page Settings > General > Country Restrictions option.

Looks like the screenshot did not get through. I have re-attached it to my previous post, please check. Make sure your page is accessible from outside of Facebook, since it requires to login in order to view the page.

Thanks for resending the screenshot. I see your point but as you see in the settings it says it is visible to everyone so how do I fix this?

Okay, I fixed this. It happened to be I needed to change the age restrictions.

I have one more question. How long should it take for a post to feed into the site. I have been waiting a while. Also, I have it to pull in only 1 post but it is showing 2.

That's wonderful! We are so glad to know the problem is fixed now.

Regarding to your question about updating the feed, it should be refreshed based on Feed autoupdate interval setting on Facebook Feed WD > Options page. Could you please check its value? Try to set it to 20 minutes, for instance.
