Hi,

the facebook feed worked fine in the past, but now it had stopped to show the images from the facebook posts. Only text is shown, please see attached screenshot.

Plugin and Wordpress are up to date. I tried creating a new feed and adding a new post to facebook, but no difference.

Any help is appreciated.

Please check the version of your Facebook Feed WD plugin from Plugins page, and see if you have the latest version of it (1.0.12 Lite / 5.0.11 Pro).

If it is the latest version, please submit a support ticket by filling out the contact form on this page . Kindly send temporary WordPress administrator access credentials.

This problem was present in a bit older versions of Facebook Feed WD plugin. Could you please take a look at Plugins page of your website's WordPress dashboard and make sure you've got the latest version of it installed?

It is currently 1.0.12 for free version and 5.0.11 for Pro.

Hi I have the same problem here.

I can see text from feeds, but no images. It was working yesterday morning, but isn't now! I have downloaded latest version of Facebook Feed WD (Version 1.0.12) and have it installed within Wordpress 4.7

Any guidance welcome.
