Google maps warning in the API

landed created the topic: Google maps warning in the API

Every little helps when it comes to ranking and I think that if anything is wrong with your site according to google it is a downranking factor.
So this is why I would like to see an option to remove the google maps stuff. Really is this needed for basic forms?
I dont need it yet the code is calling the maps API. This is also expensive especially on a mobile.
Just curious to see how the community feels about this one.

I don't want an effing map. I want to get rid of anything to do with maps. Why are you making a request to google?
If 2% of your users need a map I suggest you make this a separate product.

Dear Landed,

Could you please just tell us the issue which is related to our products! If you don't use Map then why do you think that it comes from our plugin?
Most probably you use other plugins which are integrated with Google Maps and the errors come from there.

But if you use Google Maps WD or Form Maker(if you want to add map field) then you need to get the API keys as the products work this way.
Thanks and have a good day!
