Dear Gabriel,

Please make sure to install Form Maker Pro after purchasing it.

Simply deactivate and delete lite version you currently have and install Form Maker Pro. This way you will keep forms and submissions you have now.

However, you will lose them in case you uninstall Form Maker from WordPress left menu.
