I can't figure out where to change the phone number / fax number that appears after you submit a form and the "Thank you for contacting us" message appears.

Dear Stephanie,

Please go to Form Options > Actions after submissions and choose the option Custom Text. You can add the necessary information here and it will be displayed after your form is submitted.
