it is possible to export the form and to save on my computer.
After that I want to import it again.
I want to move my server and not have to set everything again.

Dear Daniel,

It is possible to export submissions, but not to import. However, if you want to move your sever and databases to another one, please simply export Form Maker tables along with your database. And then import to your new server.

Now 2 years have passed. Is it now possible to export Wordpress contact forms and re-import them to another domain?

It is possible to export/import the forms using Import/Export add-on. Import/Export Add-On requires Form Maker Pro version 2.7.84 and higher. Here is the link to the add-on.
