When I test the form when I am logged into my wp dasboard the form works great.

When I test the form when logged out, I get message "Sorry you need to have Cookies and Java enabled". I do have cookies and java enabled in my Chrome Browser.
I have also tried browser tried using other browsers and have same problem.

I have also asked two freinds to try to submit the form and they too get the same pop-up message re cookies & java.

What's going on?

Pleas advise urgently.

Thanks for your inquiry.

In reality that shouldn't be from our side, because our form doesn't use Java or Cookies, so whether they are enabled or not makes no difference for our plugin.

Please try to remove our form from that page and check the page again.

If it'll still display the pop-up then please try to find the reason of it.

If not please send us the form page URL for checking the issue.
