I have just bought the proversion thinking it is what i needed wit the CSS option for editing styles
But i cannot see how i can move the forms i hav created in the free version to the pro version

Please tell me what i need t do. or tell me how i can edit the theme CSS in the free version
Any way of doing it will be better then no way

Dear Errol,

Are you using WordPress Contact Form Builder? If so, please deactivate and delete the Lite version you currently have installed to your website and install Pro.

This way your forms, submissions, themes and other data will be kept safely on your website.
