So because I'm new at this, and I wasn't paying close enough attention when trying to upgrade from 2.0.34 to 2.0.35, I uninstalled rather than deactivating/deleting and of course my data from the previous version is gone. Thankfully, my backup had run right before I did this, and I can see the contact-form-builder directory for the previous version in my backup. Is there a way to snag my data from that backup and move it to the new installation?

Please follow these steps to safely bring back your Contact Form Builder. Restore the backed up files on your website, then check if all your forms are back and settled.

Then deactivate and delete your current Contact Form Builder and install its newest version. All your forms, themes and submissions will be kept this way.
