Whatever someone writes in the Message field of the form does not get included/forwarded in the email to the administrator.

Firstly please make sure e-mails are not sent to spam or junk folder. You can also try one of the following:
- Test with another e-mail address, preferably hosted on the same domain as your site,
- Wordpress uses PHP mail, perhaps sendmail is disabled on your website. Please contact your hosting provider.
- Alternatively, you can set up SMTP, which shall always work.

Here’s a plugin that you can use: wordpress.org/plugins/webriti-smtp-mail/ . There are several more on WordPress.org, feel free to check them out.

You can set GMail as your external SMTP server, however, GMail requires authentication. Please see the necessary details for setup below:

Mailer: smtp
SMTP Authentication: yes
SMTP Security: SSL
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Username: your gmail full address
SMTP Password: your gmail password
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com

You did not understand my question. The admin does receive the emails. However, the content of the message field is empty in the emails the admin receives (they are not empty in the receipt the sender receives.

Most probably you have deleted %all% from the email body.

To check this please enter Form options>email options>Custom Text in Email For Administrator

Please make sure that in this section in the email body it is written %all% which means that email should be sent including each field of the form."
