How do i upgrade from the free to the paid version?

I have partially developed my site using your free version. How do i migrate to your paid version? Will all my questions|categories etc remain.

It will be better if you purchase the Pro version and after that contact us so as we can make a safe update for you as we have made some modifications on your FAQ and you will loose them if you just update the plugin yourself. Thank you.

Could you please tell us if we have modified your Spider FAQ before? The reason we've asked Barry to contact us was because his lite version was customized.

So if there are no modifications made on your Spider FAQ's lite version, please deactivate and delete the lite version you have, and then install Spider FAQ Pro.

This way you will keep your questions, categories and other data. Please note, that you will lose the data only in case of directly uninstalling the lite version.

It is not the same as WordPress. For Joomla simply please install the pro version without uninstalling the lite version you currently have.
