I just downloaded and installed the plugin but I'm confused about how to load it onto the page I want it to appear on. I think I have to copy a code, but where do I find that code?

So, I figured out how to insert the plug in into a page, but it is not working. I have categories set up and associated with the questions, but nothing shows up on the website.
