I was able to add a question title, and it is listed in the faqs, but when I try to edit the faq, there is no place to enter an answer. Where do I enter an answer?

There should be a textarea as in the screenshot attached. If you cannot find the message box, please contact us to [email protected] and give temporary admin access to your website. We will take a look and provide a solution to the issue as soon as possible.

Also indicate the full link of your forum post in the subject of your e-mail.

Thank you for the screen shot. I was on the FAQ page where I entered my question as a faq title. I didn't realize that page is to create a faq list, not individual faqs. The text at the top of the faq page "This section allows you to create FAQs." That is not clear because it could refer to creating a list of questions and answers, or it could refer to creating individual questions.

Yes, you need to create FAQs, where you have you questions. And questions need to have a selected categories, where they can be displayed in separate sections in an FAQ.
