I have two requirements.

Could I generate a unique alpha number number automatically for each of submission ?
I would like to build a course registration form.
A unique application number will be assigned for each of applicant say the format could be COURSE-ID-[sequential number]-DATE


Could I display a summary page of what visitor are filled before sumbitting the form
