Reset fields after a user changes their mind

Ron Carignan created the topic: Reset fields after a user changes their mind

How do I reset a radio button that was set after the user selected a checkbox (conditionally used to show Entry Type) and then changes their mind and uncheckes it leaving the (Payment) radio button set with a value (and payment total) that is now invalid?

Registration Options (Checkbox)
On Field | For Sale
 Swap Meet
 Food Lifeline Donation
 Regalia
 Friday Night Social
Radio Button (Set after On Field | For Sale checkbox was selected.

Entry Type (Radio)  Car  Motorcycle (Entry Type only shown when the On Field | For Sale option is selected)

There are other fields (radio buttons, drop-down selection, and text) that also require clearing because of the previously selected button.
Other issue: Why do the initial fields display centered and then display left after the first checkbox is selected?
Note: This issue is for WordPress - not Drupal.

Dear Ron,

Thanks for getting to us!

Please note that about this point we have discussed with our developers. It is a little disputable question, so we are kindly asking you to add a custom javascript, then after changing the type, the selected option in the second select field will be deleted.

Thanks and have a nice day!
